It was a nice experience for us to depart from Athens, it was very nice to see and experience the islands close to the mainland, the weather was superb, the boat was complete

The electronics on this vessel are a bit challenging at times.
We had an electrical problem on the last day of the charter, which was resolved by local service providers thanks to help from Yannis.

Another successful week sailing in Kos. The wind was strong every day.
Slight issue with the anchor when moored stern to one night but local base repaired the small damage and charged us a reasonable fee.
We were very happy with local charter base and the boat!

We had a wonderful time and we couldn't have asked for a better skipper than Timos. We have become lifelong friends. We did have to bring in our sails however due to an inadequate sized pulley roller. Our experience with our coordinator was also very professional from start to finish.

The boat was excellent, although could use a bit more maintenance on certain cabin elements.
The service - both IslandSailing and base staff- was excellent.
Our skipper, Dimitrios, was superb and highly recommended.

Charter was very good and all were ok with the yacht.

We had a fantastic time and were so impressed by the communications ahead of the trip that allowed us to plan well in advance, all the help from Yannis and by the condition of the catamaran upon arrival. Our skipper Spiros was the absolute best and blew us away with his knowledge, planning, flexibility and general loveliness to be around. He was a fantastic addition to our group, and we'd go with him and Islandsailing.gr in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!!!

The service from you and the girls in the office was exceptional. You made the whole process of booking our holiday really easy. The office in Kos was also friendly and easy. George our skipper was fantastic too! The boat was beautiful and comfortable and perfect for us. I would definitely use you again :)

Except dinghy outboard, which is always a gamble, I have to say perfect cata conditions and service.
For sure to be repeated.

The Yacht was very nice. There was a little smell from the waste tank. This seems to be a problem on a lot of charter yachts. the service was very good and friendly.

Island Sailing was amazing. Very responsive and helpful throughout our charter. I would recommend 100% and plan to use their service again in the future!

Great time. Departure was a little chaotic. Poor communication from base at Naoussa.

The base crew were excellent from start to finish. We did have an issue with the sail being stuck so returned to the marina, they arrived quickly to the boat and fixed it well and in good time. Island Sailing have been great.

Back again in October

Staff at base were awesome, Olga and family were eager to assist at all times. The boat was not available until around 5pm which was a bit later than we had hoped, as then had to head out of the marina only the next day. FEARLESS was a perfect yacht for our family, just enough space and easy to handle

We have thoroughly enjoyed our sailing charter and loved sailing our yacht Philyra. The support from the base team in Lefkada was excellent. Our only suggestion is that Philyra would benefit from a new main sail as the current one is fairly used.

A boat chartered was a Sun Odyssey 519 in great shape and had everything needed onboard and more.I can recommend the Islandsailing.gr and the boat we rented.

By far the most impressive was Yannis Theodoridis who looked after us extremely well over the two years of delays due to the pandemic. He never failed to respond promptly and was always helpful and able to assist with any information we required.

The owner of the Lagoon 400 and his team were most efficient and thoughtful. The boat was in excellent condition.
Our skipper Christos and hostess Lorella were most experienced and professional. It was a pleasure to be on board with them

Christos, Joana and Leftieres are an excellent team/crew. They made us feel at home and at ease during our time on the water. Christos knows many people throughout the islands and when something was needed to be done or had, he was able to quickly make it all happen. This is one of the most memorable travel experiences our family has had the pleasure to take.

We loved our weeklong catamaran charter!
Nikos was a great skipper. He did an excellent job of listening to our desires and creating an itinerary accordingly.
It was certainly helpful here that we were very flexible with our itinerary. He was also clearly a very experienced skipper which seemed to be very valuable in situations where we encountered strong winds, as happens in summer with the Meltemi.
Yannis was very responsive. I was initially a bit concerned about doing a bank transfer from abroad, but can attest that everything was legit.

The boat is old, but in good shape for its age. Sails and rigging had some issues but overall it was a great experience.

Agree, we never felt unsecure on Chiquita. My personal opinion is that she might be more a private boat that a charter yacht.

Yannis was exceptionally helpful arranging everything- always very prompt and professional with information and responses. The captain Piotr was very talented and enjoyable. The biggest issue was the engine on the dinghy had quite a few issues.

The local team were really nice and professional.
The boat was in great shape, and the skipper Xristos was amazing.

All services were perfect - from booking to final check-out! The boat was very well equipped. Everything was in perfect condition!

We had a outstanding experience with Island Sailing during booking and vacation. Easy to communicate with excellent reactivity, including during the covid lockdowns.
In particular, they went out of their way to find us a french speaking skipper at no extra cost. On top of that, he was experienced and cheerful, and guided us throughout the islands stops.
The boat was in excellent condition. The coffee pot was too small for out company but apart from that, the boat was in pristine condition and frugal in diesel.
I'd trust them again blindly.

Hi Yannis,
We were somewhat confused with our arrival at the base as there were a many people milling around trying to figure out the process for completing charter paperwork etc. A reception area with someone to inform people of the required processes would have been helpful and assist to organise people based on their arrival rather into an orderly waiting line than just having to push and shove with everyone else doing the same.
Overall the condition of the yacht and the services at the base were good but only after we had completed the process and then buy experience knew how things were done.
Thank you for your assistance with our holiday charter and we will definitely be in contact if / when we charter in Greece again.

A small thing we missed - was toiletpaper and soap. This is something other Companies put into the boat.

Borker Yannis at Islandsailing.gr and the charter Base in Mykonos were professional and friendly as always.

Manos were very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal when receiving and returning the Yacht.
The yacht was clean, well looked after, comprehensively equipped and a pleasure to sail for two weeks.
The small problem related to furling the main was only an issue on the last day and I probably would have found a solution if I had more time.
Yannis, you were very efficient in all the communication with good organisation and yacht recommendation and I am really pleased to have selected Island Sailing for our charter.

Overall we had a fantastic trip. Our skipper Kosta was outstanding and we would highly recommend him. He always put our safety first while also ensuring it was a highly enjoyable experience everywhere we went. His knowledge of the islands and the waters was evident and we had the utmost confidence in his decisions. Without doubt he was a huge factor in out trip being so enjoyable. There were a few minor issues with the boat, however, due to the skill of the skipper, he was able to rectify most of them. Sticking cupboard doors were one issue he could not address as well as a cabin door that didn't have a stopper to secure it and therefore would not stay open.
A bigger, more sturdy dinghy would have been good given the size of the yacht.
Once again I'd like to reiterate that our trip was wonderful and we would not hesitate to recommend Island Sailing as a company and Kosta as a skipper

Actually the boat itself was really in good condition and also the colleagues from the base were helpfull. A bit delayed but thats part of the high season game...

The team on the pier was excellent, buton the contrary the team at the office was helpful but slow and I was moving from one office to the other for different transaction.
We have used the same marina a couple of years ago they looked much organized in the office area.
Overall it was a great holiday as usual.
