THE CORFU ISLAND FLOTILLA

The embarkation and disembarkation takes place at the charter base in Gouvia marina in Corfu island!

The area is a great destination to sail in the sun around the beautiful Greek islands including Corfu, Paxos and AntiPaxos as well as the beautiful coasts of the mainland, such as Syvota and Plataria. Gouvia marina on Corfu island is a great place to start exploring this beautiful sailing area of the Ionian sea.

The weather:

The Ionian Sea generally experiences a north-west to west-north-west wind that ranges from 10 to 15 knots. It should be noted that winds in northern Corfu can blow strong at times, making for an exciting sailing trip. Air temperatures on the island of Corfu are at an average of 25°C in high summer, but often into the 30s. The average sea temperature is a pleasant 25°C or so.
