Sailing approaches on Naxos island

Naxos port is located at the northwest side of the island of Naxos. Approaching to the port, care is needed of the reef Vrakhos Frouros, lying app. 1,3 miles west southwest of the harbor and 500 meters from cape Ak Moungri. There are no problems in sailing between the reef and the cape.

Approaches: You must drop an anchor and go stern to the dock. Care is needed on dropping the anchor in between the chain lines of the opposite anchored yachts.

Electricity, water and fuel is available and provisioning is available on the yacht harbor. There is a fee per night you must pay in the marina authorities and you have free water and electricity.
